A very satisfied customer. Charlie Bryson was my mortgage advisor, and I found him to be an incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable person. He offered me detailed and in depth advise and recommended a very good deal. My case was then referred to Meghan Robinson, who took care of my application with the lender. Similar to Charlie, she took time to listen to my queries and updated me of the progress of the application. It took roughly 2 weeks for me to get a mortgage offer from the lender. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a mortgage/remortgage.

Excellent Service!! A massive thank you to Lucy for all the hard work you've put into finding us a mortgage. After a few rejections initially, we felt that the prospect of mortgage right now was very bleak. Can't recommend these brokers enough. Gave absolutely solid advice, were flexible with their communication and have been a constant throughout. No question was too silly, and they were very flexible with us. Service was above and beyond what other brokers were offering. Would most definitely recommend! Matt and Mel have been so great going above and beyond. Update: Wanted to provide more information on their service to provide comfort for those looking to use these as their mortgage broker. After providing me with a mortgage offer, their service and support carried on throughout the process. Amazing! Annie (broker) and Kayleigh (case handler) were absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers the prospect of a first mortgage was daunting - Annie explained the process to us in a clear and understandable way, and took the time to understand our circumstances, and what we wanted from our mortgage. She was therefore able to find a product which was ideally suited to us! Kayleigh was also fantastic, and ensured the mortgage went through in a timely manner. She was able to appeal when the amount the lender was willing to loan was disputed and communicated with us throughout the process, keeping us updated.
