Equity Release in Solihull is most commonly taken out in the form of a lifetime mortgage. This will allow you to release your equity either when your mortgage term ends, or if you still have payments left.
It’s only available if your primary residence is your home. You can make regular payments back, but it’s more common to allow the interest to build up. The loan is only repayable when you pass away, move into long-term care and can no longer take care of yourself.

Fantastic service from Matt and Joe in particular. They made a complicated process that I didn't know much about seem entirely seamless and easy at every stage. They did not bombard me with communication and information, yet were on hand any moment I had a query, nothing was too much of a problem. Highly recommend.

I chose this company because sure of the reviews and then after talking to Jason, I felt comfortable. He found me an offer with NatWest but due to the long wait times with BCC, that offer expired. We had to get a new offer. I contacted Jason just before my offer expired. Sent him everything he needed and less than 3 weeks later, I got a new offer. The company is very responsive, I don’t think I’ve had to wait even 24 hours for a response to my emails. Every question answered quickly. Very decent price for the whole service. Once you get the offer through, they are still there every step of the way and everyone I’ve either spoken to or emailed have been extremely helpful. There is no part of my experience that I can say needs any improvement.

Matt has been at the end of the phone, every time I've had questions or just needed some reassurance, I would recommend moneymanuk to anyone who is looking for an independent mortgage adviser xx
